At Origin Coffee, we strive for the perfect roast in every cup; however, due to the perishable nature of coffee, we can only accept returns on non-consumable brewing equipment and accessories within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the items are unused, in their original packaging, and securely boxed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
